Course Goal / Objective
The objective of this course is to teach the graduates of the Veterinary Faculty the methods for identification, treatment and control of and protection against the food-borne zoonotic diseases.
Course Content
The components of this course consist of bacterial, viral and parasitic zoonotic diseases transmitted to humans through foods.
