Course Goal / Objective

It is aimed to train students in animal production, product composition, production conditions on the basis of species, nutritional requirements, practical animal husbandry proposals, and functional production.

Course Content

It is assessed animal husbandry, nutrient composition of animal products, nutrition of cattle, sheep, goat and poultry, horses, dogs and cats and practical nutrition recommendations in the world and in Turkey. Information on the production of functional products is also given.
