Course Goal / Objective
The procedures, methods and general principles of organic animal production are given. It is also aimed to gain knowledge about the importance of organic animal breeding in terms of food safety and animal welfare in the economic direction.
Course Content
The importance of organic livestock, share, breeding and nutrition principles, monitoring, animal welfare, food quality and safety, current situation, problems and solutions of organic livestock breeding in Turkey and in the world are examined.
