Course Goal / Objective

The objectives of course to be able to provide preparing investment project for tourism sector. Providing students with fundamental knowledge about project evaluation and in particular investment decisions within the institutional environments of health enterprises.

Course Content

The definition, features and types of the project, The project management concept, definition, purpose and importance, Project life cycle, The triangle in project management, Project Management Components (scope, quality, cost, communication, human resources, time, risk, procurement), Project Management: The project manager's characteristics and responsibilities, Project Team, Phases of the project, Implementation and monitoring of project, The Importance and management of risk, Monitoring, evaluation and completion of Project.
