Course Goal / Objective

Explaining the public's right to information about the types and characteristics of the exclusive rights; right to classify all real and legal persons who possess; To specify whether the subject matter of what's right; How to win the rights, it is to examine the legal procedures and actions will be lost by contact and how to be protected.

Course Content

Define public rights and private rights. Gives information that who can be the right owner. Basic knowledge about similarities and differences between real and legal personalities. the rights with which the subject of the right.
