Course Goal / Objective

The reasons for causing foodborne poisoning and the precautions to be taken to remove it, and how to effectively implement food safety systems.

Course Content

Introduction to food safety, possible health risks from food in vegetable and animal products, food-borne physical, chemical, biological and allergic hazards, natural and toxic compounds during processing, good agriculturel, good manufacturing, good laboratory and good hygiene practices
