Course Goal / Objective

explain glass structure by fundamentals of glass formation in glass science, effects of atoms which are forming these. determine main glass formers and glass structures. solve glass batch calculations. classify glass melting methods.

Course Content

Determines fundamentals of glass, stages of glass formation.Searches relation between glassformers, property modifiers and compounds act as glassformers and confirms the effect of amount of these to glass structure.determine main glass formers and glass structures. Determines different properties of glass which are formed in these systems.classify glass melting methods.
