Course Goal / Objective
This lesson of purpose is; to teach and develop the analysis ability about the place of public sector in general economy and the concepts and theories related to public services and public expenditures.
Course Content
In general, the concept of state, duties of the classical and the modern state,Finance and financial terms, and the importance of studying them, finance, science and history of the subject, definition and relationship with other branches of science ,The location of the public sector in the national economy ,The economic role of the state in the process: Distribution Function,The economic role of the state in the process: Stability Function 6 Goods and services produced by the public sector: Full public goods and services, private goods,Goods and services produced by the public sector: Semi-public goods and services, natural monopoly goods, merit goods
