Course Goal / Objective

The full knowledge of the characteristics of the honey is to ensure a sound theoretical and practical training.

Course Content

Feeding of honey bees, important nectar and pollen resources that bears benefit, content of honey, obtaining honey, analysis of honey in laboratory, Honey standard.
