Course Goal / Objective

Spending in the public sector and understand the process of buying. legal framework of this process and to examine remedies. having informed basis for public procurement.

Course Content

Public Procurement Law, Public Procurement Legistation, procurement contracts, procedures and remedies used in the tender.
