Course Goal / Objective

To teach the importance of organic production, the maintenance and management of organic production in white meat and egg production, the types and characteristics of feedstuffs used in the feeding of animals in organic - ecological animal husbandry enterprises and the feeding of domestic poultry according to organic - ecological animal husbandry rules.

Course Content

Organic production of poultry meat and eggs to teach the basic information about the maintenance and management Certification agencies and regulatory Organic oath definition , methods of classification and properties of organic feed Organic - to convey information about the ecological conditions of use of non-organic feed in the livestock business Organic - ecological farming enterprises and the transfer of knowledge about feed additives used in organic feed
