Course Goal / Objective
To define concepts related to operating systems and to gain general working principles. To understand the general properties and working principles of file systems (FAT / NTFS / EXT / REISER etc.). To recognize and install the versions of Windows and Linux operating systems and to manage the system effectively. Having experience in how to use operating systems effectively and efficiently for training purposes.
Course Content
İşletim sistemi ile ilgili temel kavramlar ve tarihçe, işletim sistemlerinin temel görev ve sınıflandırılması, Von Neumann mimarisi ve işletim sistemi yapısı, sanal bellek yönetim teknikleri, sistem hataları ve kilitlenmelerin sebepleri ve çözüm yolları. İşletim sistemleri arası farklılıklar (Windows, Linux, Unix, MAC OS), disk yönetimi ve hata tolerans sistemleri, işletim sistemi kurulması ve yönetimsel komutlar, işletim sisteminin genel işleyişi ve masa üstü kavramları, dosya yöneticisi Grup vizesi ve yönetimi, dosya ve yazıcı ücretlendirme, sistem performansının izlenmesi ve denetlenmesi, güvenlik, virüs, zararlı kod, vb. Önleme ve yedekleme işlemi. Windows ve Linux işletim sistemlerinin kurulumu, kullanımı ve sistem yönetimleri.
