Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to teach besides establisment of vineyard and seasonal applications, at the same time, some tool-device used in the winery and in laboratory analysis and the rules must be followed.

Course Content

In this course, considering grape production practices, site selection, vineyard planning, land preparation, soil preparation and seasonal applications are shown in the vineyards. Besides these as wine production practices, the introduction of some tool-device used in the winery and in laboratory analysis is realized and the rules must be followed in the laboratory and in the winery are teached.
