Course Goal / Objective

Identification of tools and equipment used in the production of wine, learn the principles of operation.

Course Content

Raw material preparation machines, classification and sorting machines, delivery schemes, and pumps, presses, fermentation and storage tanks, oak vats, separators and filter systems, automation systems, factory design and installation, packaging machines
