Course Goal / Objective

To teach the propagaton of rooted and unrooted grapevine sapling.

Course Content

Rootstock uses in viticulture; Characteristics of rootstocks, factors affecting their uses, rootstock species and hybrids. Propagation by seeds, cutting, grafing (Chip budding, cleft, bench), layering.
