Course Goal / Objective

Wine quality control and to learn about the basic analysis

Course Content

General information on wine analysis, density determination, the determination of alcohol, the extract with the general substance aerometreleri determination, ash content, ash alkalinity and alkalinity precedent, the determination of phosphoric acid, the general acid determination, the determination of flies acid, pH determination, sülfüroz acid determination, the determination of glycerin.
