Course Goal / Objective
The goal of this course is to have the pre-service teachers implement their theoretical and practical knowledge on mental and behavioral disorders in childhood on daily life situations.
Course Content
The course includes the definition, importance and history of mental health; the theoretical approaches on mental health; the characteristics of persons with mental health disorders; the emotional, behavioral and adaptation problems in children.
