Course Goal / Objective

In this course, the student's ethical approaches, the beginning and end of life, special ethical issues (the evacuation of the womb, care of terminal period patients, euthanasia, stem cell studies, organ transplantation, decision-making process for patients who do not have the qualification) and information about the work order of the ethics committees, develop skills and attitudes.

Course Content

Ethical approaches, becoming a person, the beginning of life and the value of life, the end of life and the right to die, special ethical issues (evacuation of the womb, care of terminal patients, euthanasia, stem cell studies, organ transplantation, decision-making process for patients who do not have qualification, in emergency services triage, ethics committees.
