Course Goal / Objective

To teach Old Turkish ,alphabets,the texts, and the language features, Runic letter and reading texts.

Course Content

Old Turkish, Orkhon Turkic (Kokturkish), and Uyghur definitions, scope and general characteristics of the period, II. Eastern Turkey (Köktürk) Khanate (the era of Terms, geography, political and administrative structure of the state, communities and belief systems that make up Khanate), Orkhon inscriptions and inscriptions studies on the discovery, Old Turkish Overview of work in general, references to the old Turkish and Turkish in Orkhon . Orchon (Kokturkish) texts, the alphabet used in my article, the opinions about the origin of the alphabet. Göktürk letter writing features, Kültegin, Çoyr, Ongi, Tunyukuk Orkhon Turkic
