Course Goal / Objective

To teach principles, benefits, constraints of no-tillage, to teach its impact on the environment and the earth, the world, to assess the condition of no-tillage in Turkey and World, to teach no-tillage (direct sowing) machines, features and the parts of the machine, the factors that influence the success of no-tillage (direct sowing) machines and no-till applications management.

Course Content

The definition, principles, benefits and constraints of No-tillage, the effect of No-tillage on the environment and the earth, No-tillage in the world and Turkey, no-till (direct sowing) machines, its features, working principle, pieces of direct sowing machines, factors affecting the success of no-till seeders, maintenance operations in no-tillage applications,
