Course Goal / Objective

Proteobacteria, Gram positive bacteria, Cyanobacteria and Prochlorophyts, Chlamiydia, Planctomyces, Verrucomicrobia,Flavobacteria, Cytophaga, Green sulphur bacteria, Spirichetes, Deinococci, Green nonsulphur bacteria, Deep Branched hyperthermophilic bacteria, Nitrospira and Deferribacterler and Archeae are examined.

Course Content

In this course, metabolic and physiological variations in prokaryotic organisms will be discussed.
