Course Goal / Objective

The main purpose of this course is to investigate the dimensions, practices and issues of environmental education, the relationships between the environmental education and other disciplines and to analyze the dimensions of curriculums (aims, contents, teaching strategies and assessment) in terms of environmental education.

Course Content

In this course national and global environment issues, causes of environmental problems, the bases of environmental education, the properties of curriculum of education for environment ,the factors affecting environmental education, environmental education projects are discussed.
