Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to examine the concept of organizational change and the factors that require change, to create knowledge and awareness about the characteristics, practices and management of the schools teaching and learning.
Course Content
The content of this course includes the concept of organizational change, global, economic, social and political factors that require change, organizational learning and renewal, management and practices of schools that teach and learn.
