Course Goal / Objective
This course is intended to increase the information and abilities of the managers for managing the technological and innovation activities. In the line with the obtained information from this course, managers will provide their companies to be at a high level of technology and get the maximum efficiency from this situation.
Course Content
Characteristics of innovative firms, technology project financing, Motivation theories, motivation of Research and Development and technical people, Strategic management of Research and Development, integrating strategy, technology and innovation; functions of Project Management, phases of project management, work Breakdown Structures, Technology life cycle, technology sourcing, Kaizen, Deming Wheel, Innovation vs. Kaizen, tools will be introduced.
