Course Goal / Objective

To investigate how English as an international language has become a world language and to discuss the varieties of world Englishes in terms of past, present and future

Course Content

The course will focus on issues related to educational linguistics, common pedagogical problems and the English teaching profession within the framework of World Englishes and In-class activities and reading assignments will be supported by accessing websites in linguistics
