Course Goal / Objective
The concept of quality in oil crops, factors that lead to quality, the effects of oil quality on the relationship between the characteristic of plants and the yield, and the studies in order to protect the quality of oil will be introduced in this course.
Course Content
Classification and the importance of oil crops, the importance of quality in oil crops, factors that make up the quality in oil crops, studies to be done to increase the quality of the oil crops and the breeding studies to increase the quality of oil crops.
