Course Goal / Objective

To discover the stock problems encountered in the production and service sectors and to gain the ability to derive optimum solutions through mathematical modeling and material stock management approaches

Course Content

Identification of material and inventory types, definition of inventory costs, establishment of economic ordering quantity model and derivation of optimal order quantity formula, inventory policies, material requirements planning
