Course Goal / Objective
To teach the general concepts about the importance and impact of environment in tourism development, the effects of tourism activities on natural environment, ecological risk analysis, to teach the importance of environment in terms of sustainable tourism.
Course Content
Tourism development in the world and in Turkey, the environment and environmental values, pollution on environmental values, environmental economics, the relationship between tourism on the environment, sustainable development, sustainable tourism policy and planning.
