Course Goal / Objective

This course, aims to improve the knowledge and skills of conducting scientific research at a basic level in art education.

Course Content

Scientific research and basic concepts used in scientific research are included. This course includes information about how a scientific research process began, access to scientific information, how to identify a problem in a scientific research, writing a purpose sentence, research methods and models, population and sample, data collection tools in the social sciences, reliability-validity concepts, analysis of data, presentation and interpretation of findings. and how the results are reported. It also includes examining a research article in accordance with scientific research criteria and preparing a scientific research proposal in the field.
