Training can teach students the basic concepts of information, knowledge on these issues to make.

Introduction, Training. What are the aims of training. Classification of Skill and Sports Branches, Training System, Adaptation, Peak, Renewal, Energy Resources, Midterm Exam, Active Participation, Multifaceted Development, Privatization and Individualization Principle, Diversity, Modeling and Incremental Charging Principles, Intensity of Workload, Loading frequency, Training frequency, Repetition in training, Intensive interval, Extensive interval and Continuous loading method, General review, Final exam.
