Course Goal / Objective
Aim of this course is to teach qualifications of budgets and its funtions, principles and systems, legal structures and inspection of budgets with its applicatios in Turkey.
Course Content
Concept of budget and its features, main features of budgets and its fucntions, history of budgeting, principles of budgeting, features of different budgeting systems, Turkish budgeting systems.
