Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is Hotel Management Investment Management Planning Control concepts is enough to gain the ability to explain.
Course Content
The regulations related to the qualifications of tourism investments and enterprises, classifications in terms of properties, major hotel establishments, factors of establishment place, specific factors related to selection of establishment places of different types of hotels, cost calculations about establishment place in hotel enterprises, determination of expenses, classification of rooms, organization Definition of organization, types of organization to be taken into consideration, benefits of organization, selection of appropriate organization type, hotel organization types, basic parts in the hotels, definition of financing, provision of assets, provision of prudent funds and funds that have a solid funding.
