Course Goal / Objective

LO01 It records the patient's social, medical and drug history.
LO02 Records and evaluates the patient's laboratory data.
LO03 ndicates the suitability of the indications, doses and route of administration of the drugs used by the patient and forms a pharmaceutical care plan.
LO04 Evaluates the drugs used by the patient in terms of their side effects and interactions and forms a pharmaceutical care plan.
LO05 Shares the drug treatment recommendations with the patient / patient relatives and / or related health personnel within the pharmaceutical plan it creates.
LO06 It follows the effectiveness and safety of the patient's medication.
LO07 By following the compliance of the patient with his treatment, he takes necessary measures to increase the numbness.
