Course Goal / Objective

This course introduces the fundamentals for creating dynamic web page content generated using relational databases. This course is structured around Microsoft Visual Studio.NET and modern object-oriented programming languages like CSharp. Fundamental technologies like ADO.NET database connectivity, ASP.NET active page technology, XML, SOAP, and Web Services are examined.

Course Content

This course covers database design and the use of database management systems for Internet applications. It includes extensive coverage of the relational model, relational algebra, and SQL.
