Course Goal / Objective

The purpose of this course is to help students to be aware of basic communication skills in the classroom, to teach models and help their effectiveness in the communication process in the classroom

Course Content

The contents of this course include information on the communication process in the classroom, the relationship betwen perception and communication,teachers' effective communication skills, analysis of conflict, communication accidents and how to manage effective communication in the classroom.
