Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the course is to increase the performance of the students by realizing their own potential and to reach the point they want to reach from where they are in their lives today. In this process, it is aimed for the person to know himself and become aware of his values, strengths and weaknesses, increase his listening ability and communication skills, and improve his inner motivation.

Definition of life coaching and personal development, effective coaching tools to increase one's performance, body language and effective communication, one-to-one coaching practices, emotional intelligence concepts in coaching, happiness and happiness selection table, Nonviolent communication, Storytelling
