Definition of productivity and productivity calculations, Definition and scope of work study, General problem-solving process and its steps, Working environment and working conditions, Process analysis and related charts, Activity and Man-machine charts, Operation analysis and its charts, Micro-motion study and its charts, Various motion economy principles, Time study, Time study usage areas, steps and equipment, Determining and checking number of observations, Determining allowances time, normal time and standard time, Calculation of time standards for machine works, Using time standards, Definition of work sampling, Work sampling steps and usage areas, Determining number of observations needed according to work sampling, Determining accuracy degree and absolute error, Control charts, Determining standard time.
Course Content
The aim of this course is to give the concepts related to the method study and the measurement of work and its applications in various fields.
