Course Goal / Objective

To provide students with the basic concepts of nutrition, metabolism and diet.

Course Content

Within the scope of the course, students are given information about carbohydrates, lipids and proteins, metabolism, adipose tissue, energy homeostasis and appetite control and obesity.
