Course Goal / Objective
Describe to pharmacogenetic, personalize therapy and evaluate and explain to the role of genetic varieties on pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic characteristics, drug interactions and pharmacogenetic in clinic
Course Content
Genetic and environmental factors in individual variability, pharmacogenetic and individual therapy, the role of genetic factors in the pharmacokinetic/pharmacodinamic properties, the effect of genetic factors in individual drug responses, gene therapy
