Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to provide students with leadership knowledge and skills that will enable them to lead individually and professionally.
Course Content
This course; By examining the basic concepts and theories related to leadership, it includes the development of skills that will enable nurse leader candidates to lead effectively in nursing services management.
