Course Goal / Objective

Introduce students to production and operations management.

Course Content

Introduction, management and management technqiues, production systems, organization, factory establishment planning and projest studies, functions related with production, demand forecastings, work audit, work evaluation and cost systems, selection of factory place, factory layout, layout evaluation works, engineering and production economy, methods used in investment alternatives, product and manufacturing costs, product and manufacturing costs
