Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is; To learn about the consumers and their behaviors, to understand the problems of the consumers and to develop suitable solutions for their problems.
Course Content
The content of the course is to reveal the place and importance of consumer and consumer behavior in the field of marketing. Consumer research consists of market segmentation and consumer behavior-marketing strategy relationship, psychological effects affecting consumer behavior, socio-cultural effects, consumer purchasing processes.
