Course Goal / Objective

This lecture aims to teach the concept of sustainable life and sustainable food, the basic production principles of organic foods and the relevant legal regulations, as well as current literature on the effects of organic foods on health.

This lecture covers general principles, legal regulations, nutritional value, food safety and quality characteristics of organic foods.
