Course Goal / Objective

To introduce organic agriculture. to explain the principles of organic farming.To give information about the conditions for organic farming and to explain the principles of organic agriculture. To give information about organic products. To give information about the effects of organic agriculture on human and environment.

Course Content

Learns the concept of organic farming. Explain the history and development process of organic agriculture. Gives examples about the development process of organic agriculture in the world and in Turkey.
