Course Goal / Objective
To contribute to ensuring the safety of patients and employees in the process of education and work by recognizing the professional errors.
Course Content
Malpractice, Conceptual Framework, Malpractice-Specific Definitions,Human Rights, Patient Rights, Health Employee Rights, Patient Safety, Health Worker Safety, Defect and Liability, Legal Responsibilities of Health Workers, Case Studies and Analysis
