Course Goal

It aims to provide basic knowledge about the basic topics of microbial biotechnology and the usage areas of biotechnology in the pharmaceutical industry.

Course Content

Theoretical topics of microbial genetics such as replication, transcription, translation and pcr, cloning, protein isolation
