Course Goal

Demonstrating basic swimming skills as one of the sports activities, and teaching these skills to others by using swimming methods, creating the usage and importance of swimming in daily life and sports area.

Course Content

This course covers the ability of the individual to move in the water, the techniques of swimming, the rules and facilities of the competitions, the daily use of swimming in the daily life and the sporting importance of the professional, led by the teaching methods in swimming.
