Course Goal

To have knowledge about the rules of law applied in business relations, the rights and obligations of the Employer-Employer, to know the Social Security System, to regulate the behavior of the employee-employer relations within the framework of the rules of law, to solve the problems encountered in working life in accordance with the rules or to acquire solutions.

Course Content

The basic concepts of Labor Law, Employee, Employer, etc., Employment Contract, Employee and Employer debts, working periods, termination of the contract will be covered.
