Course Goal
Educate knowledge of the quality management system standards, Total Quality-conscious, who know the practical stepsTotal Quality Management principles and implement business processes
Course Content
Competition and quality concepts, historical development of quality and quality gurus, Philosophy and Principles of Total Quality Management, Responsibilities of quality culture and quality of activities in organizations, continuous improvement (Kaizen), quality costs, Total Quality Management Suppliers, EFQM Excellence Model, Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27000, OHSAS 18001, SA: 8000 Standards.
