Course Goal
With this course, it is aimed for the student to comprehend the legal regulations and legal practices in the field of media.
Course Content
Concepts of Ethics and Ethics, Professional Ethics, Concepts and Resources of Media Law, Press and Broadcasting Activities and Legal Regulations, Rights and Obligations in the Press Law, Regulations on Radio and Television Broadcasting, Legal Regulations on Internet Broadcasting, Criminal Liability in the Media, Legal Responsibility in the Media , Ways of Protection in Attacks on Personal Rights through Mass Media, Right to Correction and Response in the Media, Self-Control Systems in the Media, Suspension of Broadcasting, Examples of Criminal Sanctions, Social Media and Self-Control.
